Reserve Marine Terminals (RMT) offers stevedoring, warehousing and marine terminal services for truck, rail, river barge, lake vessel/barge and ocean vessels. Commodities handled include all grades of finished and semi finished steel, bulk products including stone, scrap metals, pig iron, sugar and heavy lift project cargo. RMT provides loading, unloading, storage and other value added services.

RMT handles in excess of 1 million tons per year of bulk and break bulk cargo of all types. Material handling equipment includes cranes to 250 ton capacity, forklifts to 30 ton capacity, extensive rail infrastructure, internal rail locomotive, front end loaders and truck and rail scales.

RMT maintains 2 key locations in the Chicago area.

72,000 square foot warehouse facility
Rail served by Chicago South Shore railroad and Chicago Rail Link railroad
FTZ available
Located at the Illinois International Port District’s Lake Calumet facility

Dock Two
11600 South Burley Avenue, Chicago, IL

180 acre facility with 500,000 square foot inside storage and 100 acre outside storage
Rail served by Norfolk Southern railroad (NS) and Indiana Harbor Belt railroad (IHB)
4,000 foot dock with full Seaway draft on the Calumet River
